A click on the triangle icon to the left of each document name will open a small window that allows that document to either be downloaded, bookmarked or deleted
The Bookmark option will place a listing for that document in the Bookmarks folder
The Delete option will only be visible to those Users who have deletion privileges

A Place for Everything Document Manager is not configured for storage of Patient Health Information, and any upload of documents containing PHI can result in a HIPAA violation. PHI consists of any characteristics that may result in identifying a patient, including name, address, phone number, email address, social security number, date of birth, treatment date, medical record number, health plan beneficiary number or photographic image. Please contact your practice’s Privacy Manager if you are not sure about any particular situation.
