The Latest Files area of the Home Page displays the last ten files that were uploaded by the Administrator (only those files that the User has privileges to access will appear).
This is a nice feature for Users who aren’t able to log in to the Resource Room on a regular basis to be able to catch up with new items at a glance.
A click on the circled arrow icon after each document name will open/upload that document.

A Place for Everything Document Manager is not configured for storage of Patient Health Information, and any upload of documents containing PHI can result in a HIPAA violation. PHI consists of any characteristics that may result in identifying a patient, including name, address, phone number, email address, social security number, date of birth, treatment date, medical record number, health plan beneficiary number or photographic image. Please contact your practice’s Privacy Manager if you are not sure about any particular situation.
